I bought many of these in years past at 99c. They aren't great but work OK. It's nice to have them in different parts of the house.

This is only a 30% inflation/markup at Meritline compared to past years. That's actually pretty low compared to most of their sales prices being much higher markups. About the only things that are regularly <= $1 are micro-SD card readers and 6' HDMI or 7' Ethernet cables. In the good old days of years past, almost every day had a wide variety of around 5 items in the 59c to 99c range. Those same items are usually $1.99+ when on sale now.
