Field report from SoCal - on Friday I decided to try the inl - purchased Canon 40 Black and NO UP printed. There was only one tagged and was Lexmark ink. Did not try it since I do not have Lexmark printer. HTH :

You don't have to re-scan because its still carrying over but even if you scan multiple times there's no tracking on your receipt and CS may not have any record of your having scanned I'm keeping all my Diabetes +Up receipts clipped together and when I reach $49.50 if I don't receive the $10 I'm calling CS w/ receipts in hand.

When I called CS to find out how much I had tracking they had no record of my being signed up-- even though I'd received a Diabetes +Up in Jan. Asked me what I'd bought-- Colgate Gum Protection w/ the mouth rinse-- when? March, maybe Feb? I have no idea. They started scrolling through my purchase history and a few minutes later said they'd just send me a $10 +Up. I can just see CSR's face as they started scrolling back trying to find a CGP toothpaste purchase. How many transactions have you all done since Feb?

I got one of the cheaper four packs. not sure which coupon in particular I used with it, as I had some from inserts and some that I had printed. the bottles also had the 50cent freshness coupon on them. sorry it took so long to get back to you - had a baby shower yesterday and family visiting. =)

I just input my address information and when I print, it is just blank form. I don't know if I can use the blank form to write my address information myself. Does anyone have this problem?
