Instructions
To request your Rain-X® Fusion product rebate (up to $15.99 on Rain-X® Fusion wiper blade)

1) Purchase a Rain-X® Fusion wiper blade.
2) Send this completed rebate form along with your original dated Walmart cash register receipt showing the required purchase between March 1, 2012 - March 31, 2012. Receipt must have product purchase price circled.

Rain-X Fusion 16" / $14.97
Rain-X Fusion 18" - 24" / $15.47
Rain-X Fusion 26" / $16.47

Terms and Conditions

1) CUSTOMER MAY NOT BUNDLE OR GROUP SUBMISSIONS
2) Only ONE consumer submission per stamped envelope. Limit 1 rebate per person, household or address.
3) NOTE: Offer expires March 31, 2012.

My 2 cents

1) Rain-X Latitude and Bosch Icon had always skipped/chattered across my windshield even though it's suppose be more aerodynamic or something.
2) SilBlades worked like a charm, but would stutter at ~70 mph (Not that I should be driving that fast in conditions that warrant wipers, but just noting.)
3) Combine Rain-X Latitude with SilBlades = Rain-X Fusion: Hybrids are the best of both worlds!
4) Rebate does not mention UPC anywhere -- maybe because it's a Walmart exclusive?

Word of warning. The mailing address on rebate form is inconsistent. The PO boxes should match the last digits of 5+4 zip code. However in this case it is not the case. I am entering just the 5 digit zip code (assuming that PO box is correct). Tried calling rebate center but reached recording saying that they are off on 'holiday' and will be back tuesday (today is tuesday). Expect problems.

What's Walmart's No Receipt returns policy? [walmart.com]
Walmart's No Receipt policy applies to items returned in a store only. You have the option of a cash refund (for purchases under $25), a Gift Card for the amount of the purchase (for purchases over $25) or an even exchange for the product. We also follow any manufacturer's warranties. You can make up to three No Receipt returns within a 45 day period.

What's the Walmart Stores returns policy?
Most store items can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 90 days of purchase. Visit walmartstores.com to see exceptions for electronic and regulated items. (Wiper blades are not on the exceptions list.)
