I got it when it had crashed down to $5 for sure i know some that got it alot lower than that. The 52 week high of $9 on Nasdaq was obviously exceed since its much higher. Who really knows though.I am hoping for it to hit $20 a share and then cash out and get something else. Some country could go into default crippling market. I am sure the new Harp thing helped and the fact that Bofa is offloading and writing off alot of its bad mortgage debt.

Its status is currently bullish but you never know. how much can you afford to lose.

Yeah $5 was the time to buy it back in Dec 2011. Hindsight is 20/20. They are a big bank with lots of accounts. They just need to figure out their mortgage mess and they should be in good shape.

We all regret not getting it at $5 because its now around $9. When buffet threw money down was another good time to get in on it, i think it was near $6.

I was watching them for a little while and they seem dead stuck at $8. Then the whole evaluation of whatever risk or something made them jump. I think its too late to jump on that boat.

also another question why sometimes i go do penny stocks in zecco. i get a warning about some fees of 750$. any idea why?

OP, BAC was trading around $14 last year this month. Economy is improving and they just passed their stress test (gimmick). I say buy if you plan to hold a year or more longer. I plan to sell calls on my position as soon as things settle down.

You might want to check into Wells Fargo. Buffett loves this company and this stock. I'm currently buying a house now and Bank of America has the worst reputation. They say if you buy a house owned by Bank of America prepare for super long wait times because they drag their feet and never return phone calls. The other banks like Chase and Wells Fargo are much more responsible and easier to do business with. Not to mention BofA doesn't exactly have the best rep for customer service either if you want to talk about the banking side.
