So don't you think the underlying reason for videotape laws is expectation of privacy? So you agree that you have some expectation of privacy even in a lobby of a commercial building but none in your own dorm room? And if you agree that the videotaping was illegal, why are we discussing this any more? I guess I am kinda lost at this point. What are the remaining issues, iyo? |

My issue is that in order for the video tape to be illegal it has to violate privacy laws correct? There is no expectation of privacy in a shared dorm room so it does not meet the privacy requirement thus the video is not illegal. |
