Nice deal, but wondering how much a Win8 family pack would cost in October when it is released!

I'm so tempted to swoop this up because I may not do the update right away and having the discs would allow me to update from Vista at my own leisure.

From what I read, Professional allows an update to be performed without having all the programs on the current setup being removed.

Can anybody confirm if I'd be able to do the same with Home Premium? Naturally, I know most people would feel that it's better to wipe everything and start from scratch, but the main reason I hesitate to do that is there are a couple of programs that I use quite frequently, that are no longer supported (Microsoft Money, as well as a couple others) and I don't have the product keys from when I purchased the downloads.

Nontheless, I really don't want to lose any of these programs. I'd appreciate any feedback if I should go for this or just wait for a deal on professional to be released.

In all seriousness, for those who don't know, you can use these update discs to install as a clean copy in addition to using as an upgrade disc.
