Unlocked Nokia Flip Phone
Short story: Looking for an unlocked (or T-mobile prepaid) Nokia Flip PhoneLong Story: We have T-mobile prepaid plans ($30/month) and my wife's phone has seen better days. I picked up a slickdeal a while back and the phone was a piece of garbage and broke shortly after we got it. So now my wife has put rigid requirements on what to get to try and prevent me from picking up another piece of trash. She just needs a basic phone (doesn't use data currently) and prefers the flip style phone. We have had good luck with Nokia's in the past so that is what she would like to get again. I am not finding much out there and I was hoping people could suggest other sources or particular phones to search for. I found this on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Nokia-Unloc..._sim_cps_1 and http://www.amazon.com/Nokia-Unloc..._sim_cps_1 I am not opposed to ebay, but would like suggestion on a couple models to zero in on. Why does it have to be a Nokia?
If you refer to your husband/wife as 'DH/DW', you're too old to be active on a forum.
If you ask for marriage advice on a(ny) forum, you should seriously reevaluate your life. If you don't know the difference between 'their', 'there', and 'they're', I automatically assume you have a mental disability (same goes for to/two/too and your/you're/yore). |

You can get Sony Ericsson TM717 or Nokia 6085 or LG DLite. There isnt a lot of flip phone these days. These 3 are the one I know that is reliable.

Prozac, it is somewhat arbitrary but I explain in the "long story" part of my OP why I am focusing on Nokia. If you have a non-Nokia suggestion I would love to hear it and if you have some objective evidence that the phone is durable all the better. I would appreciate any other advice anyone else has. |
