I just checked on their site and it shows up as cancelled! Customer service said it was a "pricing error". They said they sent out an email, but I received nothing besides my confirmation email.

TigerDirect just blamed UPS for not delivering the printer, though shipments arrive at the same address daily.
Big surprise! They won't replace it, but they will offer it at a higher price. This is fraud and the end of my dealing with TigerDirect, CompUSA and CircuitCity. Edit: Finally found some management that said it only had to be authorized, that calling on the weekend didn't help. They said they are sending a replacement, giving me credit for the shipping.
