Well, I should have listened to you guys. I ordered the 10-rd Glock mag for my 34, and sure enough, they sent me some type of mag that will not even fit in the Glock 34.
Can anyone give me some pointers on how to return this and obtain a full refund? Thanks, Soar |

I ordered two G22 mags a few months ago from them. They sent me great working GEN 4 mags.

Hopefully you used American Express. If you did, make one phone call to them and clearly state that the wrong thing was shipped and that you are not paying to ship it back, they will need to give you a label and RMA. If they refuse, just do a return protection claim from American express. If you did not use American express, do the same thing but do a charge back if they won't prepay shipping. |
