When does Steam add new activation keys?
A while ago, I found that some games I already owned were surprisingly activate-able on Steam. Since then, I made it a practice to periodically check the CD Key page to see when new keys are added.
While many people who heavily use Steam are aware of the CD Key knowledgebase article [steampowered.com] (which is not necessarily every single activate-able code, btw; notice there are only a few Humble Bundles showing), some of you may wish to only see the differences and not hunt them down.
To help with this for myself, I created a Yahoo! Pipe that spits out the contents of the Knowledgebase article into separate entries for use in my RSS reader (it can also email you, if you prefer). I thought I'd share it with my fellow SDers.

FYI: The first time you add the RSS feed to your reader, it will dump the entire page's list and you can just mark all as read. From that point on, any new games will be displayed individually. It's a really low volume feed as changes only come when a new game is available to activate. For the most part, EA doesn't allow this and Activision is slowing down, which takes out a decent chunk of the big-name game releases.
If you have any suggestions for improvement, I am happy to try to implement them. I'd love to be able to attach a date, but there's no great way to do it that I can see without running my own database to keep track. Luckily, if this is in your Google Reader, it will attach a publish date to the new games as they are added, though.
Have fun!
