Never had any problems with them. They have been in business for over 25 years (closer to 30 I think) in their brick and mortar store which is on the east coast. Have bought cameras, accessories, and scanners from them and I have never had any problems. All of the items were gifts and their return policies were easy for the people the gifts were for to utilize. The only thing is that you can't buy too far ahead for items (like for the holidays) because they don't extend their return/exchange policy like many stores do that time of year. Nothing but good things to say about them though!
