Given that you can usually find the current 13" MBP for $999-$1049, I'd have to agree with fyi and say that you really have to love OS X to pay $600 for 3 yr old refurb MacBook (non-Pro).

And it's a Macbook, not even the macbook pro. Which means no illuminated keyboard, no Nice Screen like the MAcbook Pro line, max ram you can put in this laptop is 4GB RAM, etc etc etc

Either spend more for a real mac that isn't 10 years old or buy a pc. You're wasting money getting something this junky at this price. If you're a conservative and hate taxes:
