Don't expect any customer service from these people. I had needed to have my hard drive on my laptop replaced under warranty. All software got erased. I had lost my registration code for this software, but still had my receipt from Newegg. I contacted customer service to try to get a replacement code, telling them that I'd e-mail them the receipt, but they and another company, who distributes software for them, kept shoving me back and forth. Finally, a customer service person says he consulted with home office and they couldn't give me a code. They forced me to use a pirated one off the internet. Finally, months later, the box turned up and I put in my original code. The software is OK, but customer service stinks.
So Long.... and Thanks for All the Fish!

I work in technical support for network/computer issues and this is the software we recommend using. I personally use Microsoft Security Essentials (free) and then run Malwarebytes (free version, no real time scanning) every week or so. I have had no problems out of this setup.

What does their "Lifetime" product mean? Lifetime worth of updates? Free updates to the newest version of the software? I normally only use the freebie. Anyone have an answer?
Only thing I know that is different between the Full vs Free is scheduled scans. Black Friday: Because only in America, people trample others for sales exactly one day after being thankful for what they already have.

Full version has the ability of real time protection which is nice. "Ethical axioms are found and tested not very differently from the axioms of science. Truth is what stands the test of experience." --- Albert Einstein, “The Law of Science and the Laws of Ethics”
