Newbie Questions
Hi! Not quite sure where to ask questions, so I'll ask here:
On a lot of B&M deals, I see store policy = "limit 1 store & 1 MQ per item". Yet for a good number of deals (low price or free), they list dozens of MQs from various sources (SS, RP, IPs, etc.), none of which comes close to the reg. or sale price, then say the item is "free." How is this possible if only 1 MQ is allowed per item? Unless they're assuming a store doubles all coupons, which I think I read only some stores allow?
Also, just getting into couponing, & I'm sure I'll have a lot more questions, so is there a thread for newbies to ask questions? TIA!
