I have bad experience with Saveology.
Called their customer service number numerous times, no one answered. Left message, no response at all... |

Awww, only one theater in a 50 mile radius goes through MovieTickets.com. It does happen to be near where my wife works, but if it's only valid for the month of April, that means no Avengers. No Avengers, no deal!

Springfield, MO
If you live in Springfield, Mo there are not theaters that participate, even though movietickets.com shows at least one (called movietickets.com) and that theater doesn't participate in the program. So now I am on the phone with Saveology to try and get a refund. They asked me if I wanted to exchange for AMC or Regal and I told her those aren't around here (she thought it was funny that Springfield, MO has none of those).

Does this voucher have to be redeemed all at once?
*Ah, I just missed the line that says "Code is for one time use only." Looks like I'll have to redeem both tickets at once. *EDIT: I tried to add two different tickets to my cart, but upon checkout from movietickets.com, it removed the second movie and only gave me one ticket. The voucher is now "used", so I lost out on the extra $13 left in the voucher. I'll contact movitickets.com since it was their system that removed my second ticket, but I might have to turn around and give Saveology a call too since the voucher came from them... what a mess. I tried multiple times to use my code on MovieTickets.com today. Each time it appeared to accept the code, showing the Saveology voucher, but when I clicked to ticket it, it would come back "credit card declined" (and at first asking me to refresh the page upon trying to ticket saying it may take several minutes to ticket). Say what? What credit card? Or is this being charged to a Saveology credit card?
I will have to address this issue this week with one or both of them. |

I might have to sell my tickets. The local theater does do online ticketing with movietickets.com but apparently you cannot use a promo code? I have an email out to Saveology now to verify use. If anyone is interested in purchasing the tickets voucher from me, please PM me. The voucher is for: $10 For 2 Movie Tickets from Movietickets.com – Tickets Valid for Month Of April!

pretty ridiculous... only theater which shows this movie is pretty far away...def. not worth it to justify driving so far to use the pass. |
