I wouldn't knock the color until you see them in person. I've looked at these before and the clear frames are actually nice looking and the tungsten iridium lenses are one of my favorites for driving. Good stuff OP, thanks!

Got these http://www.oakley.com/products/6408/23692 8 years ago and couldnt be happier. Still use them all the time. Just be sure you dont scratch em, replacing the lenses is a ton.

I didn't think the X Squared were released until around 2009. I'm pretty certain you're thinking about the Juliets.

I love my polairzed juliets, best pair of glasses I've owned. Wish they'd come on here sometime to pickup a backup pair, but I picked them up on ebay during one of Microsoft's blow out cashback deals.. Ahh the good old days.

I bought this one with the deep blue tint and they're perfect for any situation. http://www.oakley.com/products/4869/16311 They let you see right through the glare in shallow water and through a cars windshield perfectly. The blinding glare that you normally would see in both of these surfaces is replaced by a slight rainbow color that is similar to what you would see if you stared at oil or gas. |
