It's not the U.S.' job to force democracy onto the world. And if it were, generally people pay you when you do a job.

With the reports of the amount of unaccounted for weapons that Iraq gave to the UN/Hans Blix, we know that Saddam still had weapons.........obviously it wasn't to the extent that the handfuls of intelligence agencies across the world reported, but they still had weapons.

Hell, even Saddam himself said that he was mostly bluffing in regards to weapons he had to keep Iran at bay and if he would have let more inspections/the US in, he would have lost face in that region of the world so he chose his path that he took.

And what right do we have to wage a military campaign against a sovereign foreign power?
