Cheapest Car rental for 1 FULL MONTH?? Help needed ASAP
I need a car rental for one full month in cali. Right now i'm In NY and i'll be going to CA on April 15th & will be staying there for alteast a month and I'm looking for cheap car rental for whole month.Any car will do (cheapest the best) do care about gas mileage as I be driving like 200+ miles a day. Any car rental experts out there who can help me get a killer deal on car rental if yest please help me  the lowest I found was $588 for 30 days thru costco travel and cpl other website like hotwire.com etc ..I can sign up for VIP or any programs etc as long as they give me good discount and cost less than $100 for sign ups. thanks SD'ers will rep each response +4 ! thanks a lot. <--->SLICKDEALS LIVE (MUSTCHECK)

where would you be in CA?
I searched for LAX for 4/15 - 5/14 on carrentals.com and got $463 including tax for Compact at Fox Rent a car |

I have had the best results with carrentals.com of late.
I just looked at zipcar but it is better for short term use. there is a hotwire coupon in the entertainment book as well. Last edited by johny3; 04-04-2012 at 07:18 PM.. |

been trying to find a decent deal in FL. and hotwire comes in the cheapest wanted to use air miles this year like the past 3 and it seems now its double for those that hate spelling mistakes www.walmarts.com
  save money by checking your insurance every 2 years (and not every 20) |

Among other things to note because time is short and the experts aren't here yet: 1) Do you have the option of return and re-rent midway? Remember, credit card car rental insurance coverage have time limitations. I believe most cover only 2 weeks, so unless you are buying CDW or risking it (not recommended). Also sometimes the weekly rate may be cheaper than monthly... 2) Oftentimes, the basic Alamo Insider club yields great weekly rates, try to toss in whatever coupon you can find (there is a $35 off a week, but wondering if there is something better for a month). That's all I can add. |
