Originally submitted on 12/20/11. Then, re-submitted on 03/15/12 directly to someone at Archway (P&G's Promotions Group) after they didn't find anything in their system...

Called today (04/18/12), still nothing in the system. The person I e-mailed the forms directly to acted like she never got anything.

Now, they tell me to re-submit AGAIN, and that I should expect to wait at least 4 to 6 weeks. If I don't receive anything by mid-May, I'm calling P&G Corporate.

Archway is extremely incompetent. I can't tell you how many times I've called them and was told "we're upgrading our systems, so I can't really search for your rebate now. Try calling back in like 2 hours or so." Why answer the phone if you can't do anything?

Not that it's a bad thing that you got 2 cards (for you anyways), but double-processing submissions only further emphasizes how clueless they are.
