Oh lawdy the backpedaling. Look we outlined a proposal for individual mandate it but its different because we wanted it to be paid slightly differently than obamas proposal which takes a more realistic look at why tax credits wont do shit for the majority of people who dont have healthcare.

Wait a second, isn't Obama (AKA Thuglicious) asking the First Circuit Court of Appeals to declare DOMA unconstitutional???? So on the one hand he is outraged (Faux outrage?) that this will be the first time since the beginning of the 20th century that the court has overturned bipartisan congressional legislation (or however he put it) but at the same time he is asking the court to do just that. This guy is absolutely incredible. It's sad that more people don't pick up on these lies. He sees the constitution as a thorn in the side of his regime. If there is a law he doesn't like, he won't abide by it or defend it. I'm soooooo glad the judges are fighting back rather than just sitting there like they did when he attacked the court in his State of the Union address.

that statement alone is an outright lie...the first law was thrown out by the Sc in 1803, and there have been many since, as listed in the OP...but this is par for the course with Obama: lies and spin, because he has the expectation that people are stupid, and will accept everything he says as fact...sadly, there are some who are really that stupid and ignorant (and the public school system is working extremely hard to produce more of them, by design), but thank God there are enough people and entities out there who can do some basic fact-checking and shoot down his lies and propaganda.

The written ruling will be release in June.

incorrect...that is their INITIAL vote, not their OFFICIAL one...there were instances in the past of the initial vote changing as the issue is later formally discussed and opinions are written and circulated among the judges before the actual OFFICIAL opinion being issued.

If anything, any leak points the other way than you claim, as evidenced by Obama's unprecedented (except maybe for FDR) attacks / threats / intimidation of the the supreme court after more than likely one of his little adoring puppets Kagan or Sotomayor gave him the bad news.
