I have an expired groupon I purchased in that time frame, but the form mentions only the following states:

Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington

I live in Texas. Does that mean I can't file a claim? Thanks anyone for the help.

I may be late in the ranting game, and I didn't read posts past page 2 and the last page, but this seems really stupid to me.

Every Groupon that expires or was about to expire, I was able to get refunded. Never once did they deny me and my reasons were something like "I'm not going to be able to use it before it expires." I even forgot about one sooner after it expired, and they STILL refunded me.

It's really your fault if you didn't remember and never did anything about it. But if you can't use it but were trying, just ask for a refund or credit. They gave those out so easily.

Now we're giving lawyers millions of dollars for such a stupid lawsuit. Groupon stockholders will suffer, the market suffers (making all the recent IPOs look poor) and it makes America look terrible (lawsuit-happy).

I dunno. However, I can tell you, I'd rather they would settle for $1-$5 per email/account, as I am now over 700 notifications and growing every single day!

Read it carefully--there is one date range that applies to all other states, and a wider date range that applies to the listed states. I live in AZ and was able to file.

I do too! I have fandango ticket that never worked!!! And they expired. Plus a hotel reservation that never got used
