This is how I'm reading it as well. Also, there is no place on the form to choose whether you want a certificate for the original location or a Groupon credit. Can someone please help out and show where it reads otherwise?

Section 1/ History of purchase: what/how are you putting under "Purchase Price and Face Value"? I paid $6 for a $12 voucher
Also anyone who is submitting via email using "digital signature" for their signature? Is this permissible?

I wasn't sure where to put this so I won't be offended by anyone giving me the right direction for this thread. I received this email about a potential settlement for expired certificates purchased November 1, 2008 and December 1, 2011. I have a few that I purchased but never used. I thought I was SOL on the money. Although the purchased amount never expires, a lot of times you purchase something on Groupon that you've never been to but you're willing to try if it's a deal, but will have probably never went to if it was for regular price.

I really hope this helps you guys. I'm submitting almost $100 worth of expired deals.

Although it states the settlement has not been set yet, if you don't submit it then you won't get considered once the settlement comes down. I figure there's no loss for trying

To much crap to read. Where do we file and be done with this.

I bought a local framing service before. Its like 50 to 150? Sems good deal, huh? But no! I ends up paying extra 250 for customized frame. The owner blah blah blah. Though the frames looks nice, but paying 300 for it, not worth it.

On another hand, last time bought 10 for 50 Livingsocial vistaprint.com, it expired but it still usable when I typed the voucher, I am happy and not sure why. Anyway, the seller will get more front money if there is no expiration date because w probably will never be forced to use the coupons. Haha.
