Not saying it has to be a career but it could be a struggling student. Sometimes not tipping makes things worst.. For example some if not most restaurants the server will basically have to pay to serve you if you don't tip. This is because the tips that are distributed to the other employees in the restaurant are usually calculated from your sales. Now i do think tipping is becoming a trend everywhere where it shouldn't even be at but the appropriate places need to be tipped in order to run correctly.
