non-3D large HDTV

I'm looking to upgrade from my old (really old) rear projection. Used for movies and TV.

Here is my sweet spot:

50" or bigger (current TV is 55)
1080p (maybe 1080i?)
flatscreen (not rear projection)
non-glare screen, so most plasmas are out
non-3D
approximately $10 per inch, e.g. 51" around $510, 55" around 550, or 60 inch... well, I might pay a hair more for 60 inch
new (no refurbs)
reputable dealer (no unknown ebay stores)

I know that this is lowball, but the key is non-3D. Someone out there must be having a sale to clear older models that aren't 3D and meet these specs.

I almost pulled the trigger on the target plasma deal the end of last week, but I looked in the store and between the lower resolution and high-glare screen, I just couldn't do it...
