Easy guys.. this is my first post. I saw the other 560 but just now noticed it also had 448 cores. That is a better price but I'm not sure it's a better card. It's definitely not a bad price compared to any other 448 core card I found and I still like the gigabyte card better.

OP needs to update title to say "GTX 560 ti 448 Core", not "GTX 560 ti" as there is a huge difference.
But even for a 448 Core, that's not a good price.

I may wait on buying this card due to the underwhelming support of the price, but the reviews definitely show this to be a superior card to the evga options. Just because another 560 ti 448 core is cheaper by $30 that doesn't mean this is a bad deal. They are different cards and this cards reviews are MUCH better. This card also comes with a free game and there evga cards do not.

I recently had a terrible experience with an HIS 6870 and it was a front page deal. That card had many bad reviews on newegg but it was such a good deal that I decided to risk it. Bad call.. I got the BSOD issues after two weeks of use and it took about 6 weeks to get my gamer running again. That's the main reason that I was attracted tot his deal. 5 out of 5 is very rare these days and only 1 person out of over 20 rated it less than 4 stars.

Compatibility is probably not an issue with the graphics card...
I'm taking a stab that you either were unlucky or you didn't install it on a clean install.

I'm thinking you misunderstood something here... I have not bought this 560 card. I'm using a cyberpower PC that came with an HIS 6870 turbo card. I'm now on my 2nd card because the first one was giving me constant BSOD crashes. Newegg reviews show that it was a fairly common occurrence. I did extensive troubleshooting and ended up getting CyberPower to replace it as the HIS support was almost worthless.
