$10 American Express Statement Credit with $10+ Purchase at Panera Bread with Amex Card
American Express is offering a $10 statement credit when you link your American Express card here and spend $10 or more in a single purchase at Panera Bread or online through 4/30/12. Thanks dhax Note, Statement credits are generally issued within 3-5 business days after your qualifying purchase, but may take up to 2 billing periods to post to your account. Refer to terms for more information.

If you still have not received your $10 statement credit, you should just file a complaint with the BBB.

If American Express then gives you $10 "as a gesture of goodwill", and maintains that a) you did not complete registration, and b) BOA/FIA is responsible for the offer, I urge you to keep rejecting American Express' responses through the BBB.

For anyone who is having problems syncing with Facebook, you can also use Foursquare mobile. They also have the same promo but you have to be there physically to check-in. This will not work with online purchases.
Don't forget to sync your Amex card first and don't forget to unlock the special after checking in. The confirmation of the credit will not be emailed to you but you can check it in your Foursquare notifications.
And NO... cannot be double dipped with Facebook promo.
Not valid on corporate cards
NOT VALID WITH AMEX GIFT CARDS OR PREPAID CARDS
