what you are describing, the splitting of multi-day passes with different people, is far from legal, at all.

hope they get shut down and caught. maybe then disney doesn't have to make up for losses by raising prices other ways.

Just came back from Disneyland. Stayed at holiday inn on Manchester ave. Very convenient with bus. I am a pass holder and go frequently and have chosen this hotel last few times due to shuttle but most hotels have shuttles. I got my rooms via getaway today dot com. They had the best room rates for me but makes it look like you have to u buy park tickets as package. Before final checkout u can drop tickets and only get hotel room. There is a twenty dollar fee but they were offering buy 2 nights get third free and I could not find that promo anywhere else.

The best deal for tickets is if u have SoCal person with u and have them get SoCal tickets. I know many reported the ticket people do not check but I was just there and ticket person checked of party ahead of me. One member had valid SoCal but they had six tickets and limit 5 so they had to wait for I guess a manager.

I drove down so had car but this hotel had no food stores nearby if that is issue for u i just got dinner at downtown disney and took back for late night meal It really is for Disneyland only thought the bus stops at convention center.

I looked for these links, they are very helpful but as a matter of fact they don't allow you to enter some part of it without registeration. Can you suggest any other sites for my consumption?

Single day tickets went from $80 to $87 and 2 day park hopper ticket went from $100 to $115, I believe

Our daughter's favorite experience was getting her hair done and getting a princess dress and all the accessories for her 4th bday - at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique just as you pass thru the Castle

Probably the best advice for a newbie is: arrive at the resort early -- just when it opens. This will allow you to beat the crowds and not have to wait in line as much. Take advantage of the fast pass, and don't try to do everything in a single day. Enjoy.

How do you use the Fastpass? The last time I went was 1987!

Most of the major rides will offer a fast pass. You go and get a ticket to ride that attraction at a certain time later in the day. Usually they give you a 1 hour window. When you get back at that time, there is a special line for fast pass holders. Wait time usually much less. Don't wait too long to get one though, they stop giving out Fast Passes early on some days, depending on how busy it is.

You don't have to use the fastpass within the 1 hour time frame. You can come back after your time frame as well just not prior.
