I didn't end up giving any links, other than the one shown in the chat to a picture of my UPC that I took before I sent it in. I changed the url to a fake one: http://url/to/my/upc/IMG_20120413_175047.jpg since it's to my personal web server. I doubt they even looked at it.
What you see in the chat was exactly what happened.

I forget to mention that the chat occurred after I had tried emailing them. Here's the full email thread if you're interested...
