Nutella Class Action Settlement - up to $20 per household

What Do the Settlements Provide?
The Nationwide Class provides for a settlement fund of $2,500,000 and the California Class provides for a settlement fund of $550,000 for a total of $3,050,000. Class Members can receive up to $4 per jar of Nutella that they purchased during the time periods listed above. Class Members who purchased multiple jars of Nutella during the time periods can submit a claim for up to five jars for a maximum award of $20 per household. If the value of the claims of the Nationwide Class exceeds $2,500,000, or the value of the claims of the California Class exceeds $550,000, then payments will be reduced proportionally.

man... if only i was a class action lawsuit lawyer.. of the 3,050,000, I would be paid 2 millions. All of those other hapless fools would get a maximum of $20 bucks.

Grew up with the stuff. I thought the ads said it was 'part of a healthy breakfast'....with whole grain toast, juices... or something like that. Meaning everything else in the breakfast was healthy but this made the kids eats the rest of the stuff. lololol

Either way, it is yummy stuff and I don't feel bad about eating. Just stay active and everything in moderation.

I would be filing for $20 from each of the home addresses that I just purchased with the 2 million.

on a serious note, i despise class action lawsuits. Sometimes, good companies like Weber get pulled into these BS lawsuits just so a lawyer can make some big bucks at a good company's expense.

They must had deleted the other post. I definitely just sent a link about this class action lawsuit out to a buddy two days ago. So it is a repost, just can't find it. (Now I'm going to go hunt it down.)
