Yep. That's the same case. That was the original price. It dropped to about half that during the firesale. I think I bought it for 19.95 back then. My case is just now getting a bit warped around the volume buttons and the power button (purchased in August). I hadn't really noticed until I recently bought a new case for my recently purchased Touchpad. Definitely prefer the non-warped case! Was thinking about buying another one when the came down to about 10 bucks. So thanks, OP!

No magnets. and yes, it does tend to flop a bit over time, I bought mine back in August. Anyway, its still a nice cover/stand/case...whatever you want to call it. It's very light and thin and of course fits the touchpad like a glove. Definitely worth 10 bucks
