whenever i see the word Husqvarna i think of fear and loathing in las vegas to the scene where the photographer starts shouting motorcycle names out.

I own this mower, comes with 2 year warranty, nice price highly recommend.

This is an okay price. I'm not sure how brands go but Troy Bilt has pretty much the same mower, same Honda engine, same deck size, similar large wheels (11" vs 12") in the back and 2 year warranty for $249 everyday at Lowes.

Mix it with a 10% "moving" coupon and you can end up getting it for $224 + whatever your local tax is. I ended up buying one since I needed it in a hurry. I've been happy with it thus far. It also has a nice feature that you only have to adjust the front and back wheels once instead of doing it once per wheel. It ends up being less expensive and no messing around with a rebate.

I will NEVER buy another mower with large rear wheels....

If you have Lowes in your area, I suggest you buy this model there. If you buy from Amazon, you can't return (and many negative reviews seem to have damaged/missing parts issues from Amazon).

I am planning to buy this at Lowes with 10% Moving coupon. Easier to return or exchange. It should qualify for $40 rebate as well but I am not 100% sure. Here's from Husqvarna website:

My friend just bought the smaller wheeled version of this mower and absolutely loves it. I can say first hand that the Honda motor is very easy to start, and ergonomically, it's one of the best mowers I've used. Highly recommended.

It amazes me the number of mowers returned to Lowes after clearly being used for months These things are filty and always being returned (not any specific model). I guess folks feel that is acceptable way to get a new mower every year.
