I'm using Incognito Mode on Chrome. I've also noticed that you have to get a correct matching zip and city or you won't win.

Any chance MS will find out how many codes we're getting and then take the points away?

Yes. From the Official Rules:

Each entrant may enter/play two (2) times per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's plays/entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Still, you have to wonder if they would spend the time checking all of this, disqualifying users and withdrawing points from an XBL account. They could probably cut out some of this by logging IPs, but it would appear they're not even doing that.

Choose your risk tolerance -- you may get lucky or unlucky.

I only entered 4 codes in total 2 from my own email, 2 from people that didn't want the code. I don't mind accepting free codes

I think the people getting $30 worth of codes don't have to worry unless they put ALL those codes into one Gamertag. When you have 15 codes show up on one tag, it could VERY easily raise a ton of red flags.

Will it? I doubt it...but they know where the code came from in their MS Pts system and could easily just say "CHEATER" and suspend/ban the account. Same thing they did when people used the Code Generator and were stealing money.

160 ms points for 3 minutes is not bad. You know how much work ppl are willing to do to get the 300 triple play ms points of this month's Xbox rewards? if you find the points useless, pm it to me

So to get more then one code we need to be using different browsers?

i won 160 points on my first try but then i tried 2 of my other legit email addresses (one using the same browser as the winner, firefox and then ie for the third) and wasn't able to win again.
