I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Not enough characters to redeem for Microsoft points.

I sent an email to ePrize about these problems and they responded back in less than 24 hours. Here's what they said:
"Thank you for your email. We apologize that you are experiencing difficulty with your code. We will be emailing you new redemption instructions surrounding your code. This will likely be sent out early next week. We truly appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. Sincerely, ePrize Customer Service" So, they're apparently working on the problem. Let's hope this gets resolved early next week, like they said.
