Got this reply from chat:
"Thank you for holding, I am sorry but we will not give a credit for the missing drawer, I am sorry that your friend got a credit and I am not sure why they would have credited for the missing drawer this is a misprint on our site and we are not responsible for printing or typographical errors, you expressly agree that your use of the site is at your sole risk and unfortunately this is a misprint as this does not include the drawer." On the phone, the CR found a safe that included the drawer and offered an exchange, but without the coupons applied as it was an item specific coupon and I refused the exchange. Still $20 for a safe was a blazing hot deal. Let's not get too greedy
