I skipped on that exact a33 because the lens was beat up.

and the nex 3 is worth like $100. it comes with the 16mm prime instead of the kit lens, but the lcd has a large scratch and the sensor is very very dirty.

Wow, thanks for the HU on the open box stuff! Got a Nex 5N for $301 and a 5K for $275, also got a samsung PL120 for $25 and a pioneer DEH-6300UB CD player (friend just bought an 02 passat wagon without a cd player) for just $20! I see another 5K for $289, another in-dash CD player (alpine) for $30, and an alpine INA-W900BT for $350, at a store that's further away. A33 is still $599 around here, so I passed

My cameras have a bunch of scratches and other wear, but the lens and sensor are perfect, so I'm not going to complain, after all, they're for eBay anyway. Just be sure to inspect the item before you buy any open box things

i have received a lot of pms, i have no idea why my bb had it discounted. A33 lens was in perfect/ mint condition

Just went to local BB and verified, NEX-5N is $629 for open box. Brand new is still $699.
