Nokia Lumia 900 $350 OFF CONTRACT after $100 AT&T bill credit

For AT&T customers that purchase/purchased the Nokia Lumia 900 now until April 21st Unsubsidized/Off-Contract for $450 will get an AT&T credit on their bill for $100, I just confirmed this with Phil from Nokia Care US. (see screenshot)

no credit but still what high end smartphone has ever launched with a $450 price tag? most start at $550 and over price them up to $800

After reading the info here [nokia.com], it says you need to have AT&T Service which probably means monthly service, not prepaid/gophone, otherwise you won't get the $100 credit.

I guess that you could sign up for the ATT month to month plan that is post paid but not on a contract, get your $100 and then cancel. But it might take a few months for ATT to get the credit you to.....
