Last night we offered yet another Sennheiser promotional deal that you guys and gals seemed to like. All of the folks who will receive(d) a tracking number (700+) will receive their orders without any issues.
Originally we had scheduled 350 units to be sold but the deal was so popular that it literally overwhelmed our system, SD effect? The coupon code failed to stop on time after it reached its 350 limit so we ended up selling double that (700+) amount in a very short amount of time. Vast majority of the customers will receive their orders but there will be some to whom we will offer Sennheiser HD-218i’s + $5 store credit instead. Alternatively we can offer an immediate full refund or a $10 credit towards any other item.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Our customers are very important to us and we do our best to treat you with the fairness, respect and understanding you deserve.
