Amazon price tracker to track prices with shipping?

I have seen amazon price trackers like camel_camel_camel that allow you to receive e-mail notifications when a price drops but they do not seem to monitor the cumulative price only the base price of the item without shipping. Take for example this HP Touchpad Custom Fit case which I think will drop further in price. How can I monitor it so that I receive an e-mail when the total price (plus shipping) drops to below a certain amount?

Remove the two underscores from the domain name. I had to do that because slickdeals blocks the domain for some reason
