All that said, given the same $30,000 I'd buy a used BMW 328xi over a brand new Fusion any day. Change that to $20,000 though and we will have a different story. |

![]() The expense is well worth it without a doubt. And when you bust your ass in school and work for years, these are just some of the well deserved things you can enjoy. |

you're paying a bit of a premium for a name, but i think the Acura line overall is probably one the better values in the luxury car market. |

How are the new 2012 F30 328I vs the 2011 328i??
Also for those who have leased a BMW, what addon's should i get. Also are there any deal specific spiffs i should have them throw on to make it a deal such as lifetime service, tires, winter matts, etc? |

I know I'm showing some bias, but have you looked at Mercedes as well?

You act as if there is some virtue in living a long flavorless life. My excesses will kill me, but they have made my life worth living. Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard. |

If you are getting a lease, definitely have them throw in some lube because you are probably going to get bent over in the end
Kyle: Dude! I almost thought those Afghani kids talked you into not liking America.
Stan: No, dude. America may have some problems, but it's our home. Our team. And if you don't wanna root for your team, then you should get the hell out of the stadium. Kyle: Yeah. Stan: <salutes the American flag> Go America. Kyle: <salutes> Go America... Stan: Go Broncos Kyle: Yeah go Broncos. Cartman: Yeah... |

OP,
It depends on what you're looking for. Do you want a reliable luxury car or do you want a luxury car with good handling/performance? The BMW is the latter. The Acuras are reliable but not as good in the handling/performance department. Acuras are all FWD cars. So, you'll get torque steer. I know they supposedly have programming that supposedly eliminates that. But, I doubt it truly does. I've owned luxury Japanese cars but finally went with BMW on my last car purchase. It's a world of difference as far as handling, performance, and quality of materials. |
