Having done a few flash card apps myself, I would said this app is done with the minimum effort....the least you?! or the author can do is to make the UI or the "buttons" nicer!!
 I think for 4.99 it's better to create your own flash cards via one of the generic flashcard app and upload it use services such as quizlet no matter what the subject is ... |

The buttons work fine on my Samsung Galaxy..
So happy to buy this as my first app i bought (Just got my Samsung galaxy yesterday and love it). The Step 1 has a lot of information Thanks OP |

To NotShort : I think usmleworld is horribly overpriced and over rated. Though i would not put all my efforts on this app but its not bad either IMO.
The app is somewhat in a different category. I have seen my classmates browse through the apple version of this when on the floor etc and am glad to have found this here. This app is best to brush up your MLE knowledge while on the move... Nice find OP |

Bit, and after checking it out for an half an hour likely won't come back to again. The questions are very basic. If you are just starting out, and trying to get your facts down then its ok. The questions are not USMLE type questions. Might be better for your class quizzes than the steps.
