Walgreens 4/29 - 5/5 Deals

Went today to do the Kotex deal. I got to the register and hadn't even gotten my coupons out before the cashier saw what I was buying (I had 4 boxes). The cashier told me that you can only buy one box per day. I said what? you're kidding right? She called the manager over and he looked at her like she was nuts. He ok'd it and then when she was ringing it up I got my coupons out. She then called the manager back over to show him my "fraudulent" coupons as she put it. He looked at them and basically told her to stop hassling me lol.

i saw a mix-and-max pack of depends today for the first time. it looked like one of those small iams cat food bags (shaped like a little house rather than the box we've been seeing). i think it had 3 different sizes in it? it said on the outside it included a ***$3 coupon off 1***. i didn't grab it to try since i wasn't in the mood to argue if it didn't print and this store can go either way on those sorts of thing. and it was probably a good thing anyway. they just got their new registers (this morning?) and neither the kotex nor depends printed out. they just (eventually) post voided and i ended up leaving after getting my coups back. the person before me got a RR, so not sure why i didn't. and now i can't print any more U coupons? boo.

I'll gladly take it if you don't use it

This cracks me up because a friend called me last night and one of her stores told her she could only buy one box a WEEK. (She lives in FL) She argued with the cashier, who then called the manager. My friend had 3 boxes; regular, super and super-plus. The manager (a guy) was telling her she could only get one because he only allows one RR item per customer, per week. She said, "A week? Do you even have a clue how long a period lasts??? And no 2 days are the same!"

She said his face was beat red. He told the cashier to ring them up and he walked away.

& ... But really is there any use for this coupon ? It says when the total goes down $25 .. the coupon will not be accepted and $35 after all MQs and Wag Qs ... Well that includes RRs right ? so I dont know if I'll use it .. but thanks a lot for the info ...

Were there all these restrictions on the last coupon??? I don't remember the after coupon wording.
