So mods, who orders prizes for slickdeals contests?
I was kind of curious if you have any amusing stories regarding ordering a ton of prizes. Be it through a deal site? At a retail store?I know when I worked at wal mart in college I occasionally got the fulfillment dude coming in ordering a ton of electronics/gift cards. We were told to run it past management, in case it was credit card fraud when something suspicious would occur like that. I had a guy once order/checkout with $25,000 worth of GC's and tvs. Was funny that it tied up the line for like 2 hours as activations take a long time. TIP:

judging from the content of the prizes, I think that they just buy an xbox/ps3/touchpad/etc. every now and then from the FP deals
|
