OP you may want to add there's no taxes in NY, the 3rd party system does not tax in the states that amazon does.

If you decide that you can wait that long for your product, we will refund 33.33% of your purchase with no limit, on the day we ship out, and refund full amount if purchase is under $25.00. We NEED to do this for two reasons, first we cannot afford to lose you as our customer, and secondly, we cannot afford to have negative rating with Amazon, which may ultimately result in suspension of membership. Of course, if you decide you cannot wait that long, please request a cancelation and we will be happy to do that.
Finally, no matter what you decide, all of us at PD Distributors deeply apologize for this, and also would like to ASK you to please send Amazon positive feedback , since we expect lots of negative ones which might make Amazon severe their relationship with us.
