Prize: (1 winner) Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from major airport nearest winner’s residence to NYC, hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) for 2-nights in NYC; two tickets to a Broadway show; dinner at a chic restaurant for two; one personalized Nine West Eyewear fitting; and a pair of Nine West brand eye glasses (with prescription lenses if necessary, cost to be paid by Nine West for lenses not to exceed $350.00. The procurement of any medical exam and or prescription is the Participants’ responsibility). Nine West to provide fitting and eye glasses only, Sponsor is the Prize provider for all other portions of the Prize. Hotel accommodations at Sponsor’s discretion, accommodations subject to availability, blackout dates may apply. All travelers must possess valid travel documents. Winner must redeem this trip within one year from date of award. Arrangements must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Once scheduled, the itinerary cannot be altered. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion and no additional compensation will be provided. Except as otherwise provided above, winners will be solely responsible for meals, incidental expenses, tips and gratuities, income and other taxes, ground transportation, and all other costs and expenses not otherwise specified herein.
