Xbox Live Auto Renewal question - 1 month 4 $1?

So i have my xbox live on auto renewal, and when i go to turn it off, it says,
"Change Settings: Auto Renewal

You Currently Have: Xbox LIVE Gold: Gold – 1 Month for $1

RENEWS:7/2/2012

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: ON OFF"
Does that mean that so long as i never turn it off, i'll continue to get 1 month for $1 every time...? Because...if so, this is the BEST DEAL EVER. But i think it may be a glitch. You guys think it is a glitch in my favor? and will it stick? I have a 12 month card, but this is obviously a VASTLY superior deal Stick Out Tongue

IIRC, mine has had a description of what kind of card I have entered. I would bet that you'll get charged retail if you leave it on.
