Are you sure you didn't get the 1st one? They look just like regular ECB's and print on your receipt immediately (there's no delay for the GBT like there is for the Beauty Club). Could you have confused that ECB with one you should have gotten from an ECB deal? In any case, if you didn't get it, contact CS and they may be able to help. Good luck! Reps are back...for now.
I owe loads of gratitude to everyone that got me where I am! Read the *NEW* CVS FAQ and post your questions there. Let's keep the deal threads deal-related, please.Would it kill you to read the wiki? Or to read the thread? All the experts got to where they are by reading...you can too. |

In your example it would take off $2 (this assumes your $10 price for the item is regular price, not a sale price...otherwise it won't take off anything). |

I searched this thread and the old CVS thread but didn't see an answer to the following question:
I got a raincheck for the Hellman's Mayo deal a couple of weeks ago (Limit 1). There is nothing on the RC regarding my card info. I have 3 cards. Can I use the RC with any of them? What if I did the Hellman's deal on card A and the limit is one. Since the ECB is manually forced, would I get it if I used Card A again or should I use a different card? TIA! Some people need a sympathetic pat on the head ... with a hammer. |

I normally don't get another even if you can, because they put that limit for a reason and I think it is best to respect that. Just my two cents.
Thank you for those who share deals, and for helping me to become a more frugal shopper!

When a coupon specifies "Limit one coupon per person", what does it mean? Sometimes it's accompanied by "No more than 4 coupons for the same product in the same transaction" or something like that. So, obviously it's not saying one person can only use one coupon. So what does it mean then??? It's terribly hard to convince a cashier when the coupon states the first without the second condition.

![]() Seriously though, with the difference in those two terms, you are kinda between a rock and a hard place if you get a grouchy cashier that wants to stick to one per person. It is the verbiage on the q, regardless of any other verbiage. What the manufacturer *meant* by putting two opposing terms on there is up in the air, and we may never know if we're allowed to use one or four at a time. Follow your conscience on this one. |

post-redeeming coupons
Once when I post-redeemed coupons, I was told that the ENTIRE transaction had to rerung to deduct the coupons- huge hassle, I didn't have items on me, stire didn't have everything in stock. Next day-different store- cashier just gives me my money. Which is correct procedure? Thanks Twain must have had SD in mind when he penned this:
"To do something, say something, see something, before anybody else - these are things that confer a pleasure compared with which other pleasures are tame and commonplace, other cheap and trivial” |
