(Master Thread: Target TV Clearance) LCD/LED Smart TVs Deals at Target YMMV

Call first. If the TVs are that cheap and ticketed as such, the employees already know - you're not tipping anyone off, and you're saving yourself from burning $4/gallon gas. Take it from a former Target "team member".

Just curious...what's the reason for the "do not call rule"?

eff target, i've wasted too much gas chasing dreams there. Much more luck at Lowe's and HD.

Employees sometimes don't know their own sale like bargain hunters do, and if they did, they are more likely to buy it for themselves, hide inventory or call a friend to buy it before bargain hunters get a chance to purchase it.

When you call, then they are wise, and then you take a chance of telling someone who would want the deal for themselves.

Wait till I post the video I recorded today Blackblaze... I got caught 2 Target employees holding tvs... and I walked out with both of the 40" Tv's.

Its based on the idea that if the deal is a price mistake then it gives the store an oppertunity to fix the mistake prior to them having to confront you face to face(where they will usually cave in and offer the deal) AND it gives the store employee's a chance to buy all of the stock(or call their freinds to buy them all) prior to you being able to get there.

and if their are Slickdealer's in your area(which there is most likely a few) that you will ruin it for them.

Does anyone know a good site to look up TVs that have dual (PAL + SECAM) formats?
