Eating a candy bar once a week wouldn't kill anyone either. Most trainers would tell you to have one "binge" meal a week. Where you eat as much of whatever you want, then eat healthy the rest of the week. |

Wow, honey smacks is 56% sugar by weight, lol!
Nice list, shows that only Count Chocula and Coco Puffs come close to Applejacks sugar content percentage. Personally, you can get great deals on plane old Cheerios and sweeten it with half a fresh cut banana on top.

great cereal but 15/oz is considered a good deal now? About a year ago a good deal was at 6-9c/oz - did cereal prices go up? Anyhow - good price at current times in for 3 - time to have a sugar stroke!!!
