Watch the video that goes along with that review. He says that his complaints were because of the shipping by the company not the actual sunglasses. His first pair bought were really good according to him. The shipping for these is fulfilled by Amazon, not some outside company.

There's no mention of UV protection at all.

UV rays + dilated pupils = bad. very bad.

However, you literally can't see a thing through these. The mirroring, while badass, makes me almost blind unless I am in the brightest of sunlight. Just a warning.
