the upgrade clearance link in the wiki doesn't work. Anyone has the same problem?

No offense but I don't understand this scenario and what it would have to do with the whole change of protocol. If that's what happened then the woman returning the item without receipt is the one who lost out and not the store. More than likely she got the item on sale at the normal 50% off or something and paid real money (via cash, CC or Kohl's card) for the item. When she took it back without receipt she would have gotten the LOWEST sale price of the item ever (which was going to be less than she paid since it was a given) and she would have been forced to take back the whole amount on a KMRC. Kohl's still got to keep her original method of payment and she got back on a KMRC less than she paid. This could have all been avoided by simply taking the item back with the original receipt and electing to keep her KC active and take the refund on a KMRC instead of having her original payment refunded and her KC invalidated which would have been completely in compliance with the policy. It just completely doesn't make sense. Honestly in the above referenced scenario it would be better for Kohl's to do a non receipted return (profit wise) since she would take a hit on her DL and they get to give her the lowest price ever?It just doens't add up to me.

Upgrade link which i saved in my computer is working fine. you have to use whole link as copy and paste to the browser. Hope that help.

Last Saturday I placed an order for $90 dollars worth of tops and pillows. I used the 20% code. Today every item I ordered is either the same price or cheaper and I also received a 30% off coupon in the mail. I know I can get a price adjustment for the cheaper items but will they also match the 30% off that I now have (without going to the store as that is a 2 hour drive for me)?

In my experience, it's easier to re-purchase and return. I have never had good luck with a CSR giving a price adjustment, esp if your order includes any clearance items.

No, it was a $100 + full price jacket that she had purchased at a register just 2 mins back in the same store If she was so innocent she wouldn't have walked away. Anyway, no point arguing about her.... it is just that she was blatantly abusing KC system. The associate even told her that she would loose her KC since she knows how much she has paid and she won't be able to keep it, then she just snatched her jacket and walked away. You decide what she was trying to do.....
